Returns
You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returns.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting it.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within 5 - 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and packaging of the items needing to be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Orders placed after 1pm EST will be processed the following business day.
Holidays and weather can impact shipping times.
MailPost System is located in Clearwater, Florida and occasionally we are forced to close due to hurricanes and tropical storms in our region. Shipping times may be impacted during these times.
